The Community Consulting Program recruits Project Associates and Project Leaders in September and January of each year. A rough timeline of the process can be found below.
Phase 1
Interested students submit a general application form for either Project Associate or Project Leader roles.
Phase 2
Select candidates are invited to participate in an individual interview with behaviorals and a case.
Phase 3
Returning members in good standing need not re-apply. New members undergo a semester of rewarding training before being staffed.
